Having worked in extremely heavily regulated fields such as nuclear power, water treatment and wind energy, I have extensive experience in dealing with rules and regulations that can bog down any promising prospect, and know how to keep things moving.

Launching a new venture is no different than launching a spaceship. All parts must work together in perfect union to reach the stars, or the price of failure will likely be a costly crash.

I use the expertise that I have gathered in leading multinational corporations to help SME survive the fragile launch state by providing leadership, overview and above all, a clear focus on the mission.

To succeed, all good ideas for cleaner energy or a better environment must fit into a wider picture: they must be future-proof, economically viable and flexible enough to fit a growing, ever-changing market.

It takes leadership, vision and experience to knit together great ideas into a single, united concept that works in the marketplace, and this is what I do: I take promising concepts and make sure they deliver.

Geographical distances and cultural differences are no longer relevant; there are no generation gaps in successful enterprise. All business is, to an extent, global business and in worldwide, cross-cultural sharing environment, team leadership is paramount.
